Owner operators of existing plants conduct Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) of pipes, valves, pumps, vessels, exchangers, and structures on a regular basis. Owners are working to identify any system within the plant that is showing signs of corrosion and aging which can contribute to imminent failure. Once identified, RBI logs the issue.
However, the inspection process does not provide a means of analyzing the Fitness For Service (FFS) of the item inspected. Taking action to address the problem is deferred to Operations and Maintenance (O&M) staff to take corrective measures when needed.
Attend this webinar to learn how you can apply CADWorx to the existing condition and leverage analysis software to determine FFS and remediation action items.
