Hexagon is excited to announce the release of the CADWorx 2020 bundles. This latest release focuses on productivity enhancements and offers the most complete range of tools for efficient plant design.
• CADWorx Plant Professional includes a newly redesigned CADWorx Equipment module with workflow-focused tools for placing and creating equipment in a 3D model. These tools interact with libraries that can be created and maintained for multiple projects by CAD administrators in a new module, CADWorx Equipment Editor.
• CADWorx Design Review Professional now opens many popular 3D CAD formats and includes intelligence from these files in the form of properties. To complement the additional CAD file formats, visualization of point clouds is now available in CADWorx Design Review Professional 2020.
• CADWorx Structure Professional adds even more enhancements that help the CAD administrator and designer reduce the project execution time. Structural Connection components can now be modeled with the primary steel to give the designers basic Structural Detailing in their modeling processes. CAD Admins are able to update models efficiently by pushing changes from the SPRJ to the 3D Model.
These enhancements have been made in addition to other improvements to the CADWorx suite to help streamline accuracy and consistency in project deliverables. These tools provide users more confidence in overall designs and add flexibility in using the software.
