I work properly during the workday, focusing on the efficiency, so that I can use the rest of my time outside for family, friends, learning, church and other relaxing activities such as biking and going to the park.

How has Hexagon helped you in your career development?
Hexagon has helped me a lot. All the opportunities and support – including the collaborative environment of the team – allow me to improve my knowledges and skills, which strongly contributed to my growth in the company during my career.

If you could switch your job with anyone else within Hexagon, whose job would you want? Why?
In fact, I’m happy doing my job! It really makes me feel engaged and motivated to keep working to provide better customer outcomes and progressive improvements to myself and all my team colleagues.

I suspect I should say that I really enjoy working here! But really, the company provides opportunities for growth in projects, technology, process and business areas, including personal and professional development. Besides that, the team works in a collaborative mode where everyone can help and support each other. In addition, the attention to your career and the possibilities to be challenged and to do what you’re really good at allow you to always be motivated.
